One of the premier sources of strength of the system is the generation of reports, based on the data in the system. When your system is deployed it comes with a certain set of canned reports. These canned reports are designed to allow the user to run the reports based on various criteria and display different kinds of information. Availability of the reports can be restricted to certain groups of individuals, maintaining data security. All the reports can be exported into Excel format for further formatting, or to work with different statistical software, and can also be printed in PDF format.
