Implementation

Tk20 specializes in the planned and systematic adoption of the system. Currently, we have guided over one hundred institutions on the successful deployment of the Tk20 solution. We advise you on best practices and guide you through the steps required leading to your successful adoption of the system.

At the onset of the project, we will appoint a Tk20 Adoption Specialist who will become your main point of contact through this process. Your Adoption Specialist has access to all the Tk20 resources that may be required and will work with the institutional priorities and realities to create a project plan for implementation. Tk20 will request that the institution allocate one or more administrators to support the initial setup and ongoing operation of the assessment application. Tk20 employs a “train-the-trainer” model. We will train your designated trainers and assist them in training your users.
