The HigherEd Admissions functionality allows your students to apply for admission into your programs directly through the system. You can customize all your application forms, individually per program if needed, post announcements and instructions, and designate appropriate staff and reviewers. Students access this site through a public URL and follow instructions to complete their forms. Forms are routed to appropriate personnel as designated, so that systematic decisions can be made on admissions. The system allows full communication between staff and students for feedback and counseling during the process and provides a rich set of reports that allow you to review the qualifications of your applicants, numbers admitted, denied, and the reasons for your decisions. The data on successful candidates becomes a part of the students’ ongoing record.

Application forms allow your students to apply online for student teaching, placement preferences, appeals, or any other process at the unit. Forms can be completely customized and reports generated, so that you have an electronic record of all applications made. All data is integrated with other data in the system, allowing seamless reporting with other aspects of student performance at the unit.
