Data import and export enables seamless integration with all your data.

HigherEd was designed to give you reports on all your data, not just the assessment data it aggregates. That’s why we built in the ability to import data from other systems. HigherEd imports student demographic data, transcripts, information on all courses, standardized tests such as Praxis scores and other pertinent data, and aggregates them with the assessment, field experience, and survey data of your unit. The result is a seamless integration of all your data in one location, giving you a combined and complete view of your unit’s activities. More importantly, it lets you generate internal and institutional reports on all this data in an integrated fashion.

HigherEd also exports data to other systems. Its integrated export module can export data in a variety of formats, to suit different systems. Portfolios can be exported to CD format. All reports generated in the system can be exported to Microsoft Excel for further analysis with programs such as SPSS or for integration with other documents. Most documents in the system can also be exported to Microsoft Word.
