A Transition Points Manager provides the ability to structure the advancement of students in multiple stages, and to ensure that a configurable checklist of requirements is met at each stage, before allowing the students to progress onwards. This allows highly specific information on student progress, advancement, and retention in each program.

A Document Management System provides central repositories for the collection and aggregation of all of the institution’s documents, for immediate retrieval as needed. Documents can be stored in their native formats such as Word, PowerPoint, HTML, etc., and privileges for access can be set as desired.
