CampusWide includes a comprehensive system for managing practical training, field experiences, and clinical practice. It allows systematic placement of students at specific field sites under the supervision of appropriate supervisors and cooperating personnel, and allows full outcomes-based observation and assessment of the student, based on field-performance. All aspects of fieldwork can be customized, and the data collected is recorded, categorized, and aggregated for reporting.

The system provides placement coordinators all the data they need on the student—both academic and demographic—for systematic and optimal placement. The full list of available sites, along with its details and specialties, and a comprehensive list of field supervisors and their qualifications is customized and available in the system. All outcomes, expected student input, and requirements from fieldwork can be specified at length—allowing detailed, outcomes-based observations and assessment.

Students can include all their key field achievements in portfolios for later reference. The system allows the generation of specific reports for field placements and assessments. All field data can also be combined with other data in the system for comprehensive reporting.
