CampusWide was designed to give you comprehensive reports on all your data, not just the data it aggregates from its direct use. That’s why we built in the ability to import data from other systems that contain other data that you need for reports. CampusWide imports student demographic data, transcripts, information on all courses, professional examination test scores, and other pertinent data, and aggregates them with the assessment, field experience,
advisement, job placement, survey, and other data in the system. The result is a seamless integration of all your data in one location, giving you a combined and complete view of your unit’s activities. More importantly, it lets you generate internal and institutional reports on all this data in an integrated fashion.

CampusWide also exports data to other systems. Its integrated export module can export data in a variety of formats to suit different systems. All reports generated in the system can be exported to Microsoft Excel for further analysis with programs such as SPSS, or for integration with other documents. Most documents in the system can be exported to Microsoft Word. Portfolios can be exported to CD or web format.
