Full specification of all your outcomes and objectives
Tk20 CampusWide allows you to articulate all your goals,
based on your mission statement, and to state your institutional
outcomes and objectives for meeting these goals. The outcomes
can be articulated at various levels, such as institutional,
departmental, or program. Each program or department can have
its own set of outcomes, linked directly to institutional
outcomes, or specified independently for meeting its own requirements
for reporting and accreditation.
The system offers full support for specification of outcomes/objectives
for general education, various departments and colleges, academic
programs, faculty and staff development, financial planning/activity,
and the performance of units such as libraries and physical
plants. Detailed planning can be made for meeting each outcome,
allowing you to specify the kinds of assessments needed, the
roles and responsibilities of individuals involved, timing,
budgets, or other details, as required.
Outcomes at various levels can be linked to each other, so
that institutional outcomes can be shown to have been met
by the meeting of various program and departmental outcomes,
based on their linkages and interdependence. This is fully
represented in the assessment data collected and in the reports
generated from the data.
Each outcome at any level can be independently specified,
and categorized as ‘student learning’. It can
be mapped or linked to any other desired outcome. The system
allows detailed assessment planning, the ability to view reports
based on assessment data collected, analyses of the results, and recommendations
for improvements as needed.
