Welcome to the Tk20 2008 HigherEd User Conference Registration site. Registrations are accepted online only, at this site. Rates are as below:
Regular Registrations completed by April 11, 2008: $340 Regular Registrations on or after April 12, 2008: $380
Payments Payments may be made by credit card (Visa and MasterCard only) through this site, or by check. All credit card payments are handled securely and directly by Verisign – Tk20 does not store your credit card numbers.
Registration Confirmation Upon completion of the Online Registration Form, you will receive a confirmation by email. If paying by credit card, this will record your transaction and will also serve as your receipt. If paying by check, a separate receipt will be mailed to you, after it is received at Tk20.
Refund Policy There will be no penalty for cancellations received on or before May 9, 2008. The full amount paid, minus a $50 processing fee, will be refunded.
A cancellation fee of 50% of registration costs plus a $50 fee will be applied for cancellations received after May 9, up to May 23. No refund will be issued for cancellations received after May 23, 2008.

Tk20 has reserved a limited number of rooms at the Omni Austin Hotel especially for conference attendees for a special room rate of $169-$189 per night (plus applicable taxes). Please reserve early to take advantage of this special rate. This rate will not be available after May 6, 2008.
